For use with: X-CELL, SOLID-SETand QUICK STAND models


Horizontal and Vertical Brace:
Pultruded longitudinal strand fiberglass, 3/16" thick x 1 1/4" wide, orange in color with ends ground to remove sharp edges.

Bracing is fastened at center point allowing easy scissor opening and closing..

Tri-Clamp
Zinc plated 12 gauge steel clamp is securely mounted to the horizontal brace. Tri-Clamp is capable of adapting to either 1" square, 3/4" square or 1" round tubing.

Optional FLAG-UP system:
The vertical brace is replaced with our white matted strand fiberglass 5/16" x 1 1/4". Matted strand material is reinforced with random swirls of fiberglass giving it an extremely strong, yet flexible ability.

CBTC CROSSBRACE WITH TRI-CLAMP

  • Nuts and Bolts are grade 5 or better
  • Steel clamp with zinc coating

Optional Flag-Up System:

  • Flag Material : Two pieces of vinyl with sewn sleeve. Sleeve is glued to staff with bonding glue.
  • Flag Staff : Pultruded fiberglass flat bar, 1/8" x 1" x 30 1/2", orange in color
  • Stretch Band : This is a EPDM rubber with positive flag lock
